A second inquest has been announced into the death of Maria James, the subject of the ABC podcast Trace, presented by Rachael Brown, and Chris Dawson has been arrested for the murder of his wife Lyn, the subject of The Teacher’s Pet podcast presented by Hedley Thomas.
