The bottom line is If you want to win, be nicer. If you want to win in 2021, have more compassion. If you want to lead in 2021, lead with your heart, not with your head or wallet. It’s not fluffy, it’s about winning. I believe that kindness, compassion, etc for your employees, customers, etc is the foundation. The world is transparent. Lead with your soft skills.
